I have ordered and the delivery is delayed - what do I do?
Should it happen that the order is delayed, we recommend that you contact the restaurant directly. This gives it the fastest processing and the most accurate answer to when your food will arrive. But of course, we are ready to help, so you can just contact us and we will get you an answer.
How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?
According to you address and distance from our restaurant, it may takes 30 to 50 minutes in normal working days.

You have several options, and which one you use is entirely up to you. You can choose to pay by card (Dankort, VISA, MasterCard or VISA Electron), Cash or bank transfer.

How do I place an Order?
The first time you place an order, you automatically create an account with us. You simply enter your address and choose the restaurant and what you want from the menu. When you then proceed, you will have the option to enter your information.
How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?
Since we are talking about food, time is very important in this situation. If you contact us or the restaurant immediately after you have placed the order, it is possible that we can cancel it. But if the restaurant has already started preparing the food, it is unfortunately too late to cancel the order. Otherwise, the restaurant is left with food that cannot be used, and we think that is not entirely fair to them. We hope you understand that.

How Do I Track My Order?
Placed your order and looking for your order status? Don’t worry, we have you covered and you can easily get updates on your food booking with us.
- Enter Your Order ID: Once you place your food order with us, a unique Order ID is generated for every order and is sent to your registered mobile number and e-mail ID that you had specified while placing your order. All you need is to quote the ID.
- Enter Your Billing Email: Just enter your registered Email address. This is just for security check so that we can verify it in our databases for any updates related to your order.
- Hit the “Submit” button: Once you hit the submit button, the status of your food order would be displayed.
How Can I Return a Product?
We would love to hear from you if you experienced any problems with the quality of the food you received. Your feedback is really important. The day after you ordered, you will receive an e-mail from us in which you have the opportunity to review your experience with the restaurant. Contact customer service if you have further questions. The quality of the food delivered is the restaurant’s responsibility, and we are of course interested in hearing about any problems.
